Whakatane Comedy Club at Mata Brewery

One of our newer clubs but Whakatane has turned out in their numbers with two sell out shows in 2026 so far featuring Justine Smith, Josh Thomson and Ben Hurley. It might seem an unlikely pairing to have live comedy in a working brewery but somehow it works. Mata Brewery provides the froth, and the comedians provide the fluff in a great night on the east coast. Next show not far away!
